Cookie Policy
OH Specialists Hub Ltd
Version 2.0 · September 2026 · Replaces the April 2026 Cookie Policy
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how OH Specialists Hub Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on:
- ohadvisor.pro — the OH Advisor Pro website and sign-up pages
- clinic.ohspecialistshub.co.uk — the clinical platform and OH Advisor Pro portal
- ohspecialistshub.co.uk — our main website, which sets no cookies at all
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work, remember your choices and, on some websites, track visitors. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s session storage, work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy too.
3. Our Approach
We keep cookies to the minimum needed. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies that track you across other websites. We set one optional cookie, for our affiliate programme, and only with your permission.
4. Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Set by | Where | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ohsh_consent | Us | ohadvisor.pro | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask every visit | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
| ohsh_affiliate | Us | ohadvisor.pro | Records the code from an affiliate referral link, so the affiliate is credited if you upgrade to a paid plan. Stores the code only — nothing about you | Functional — only with your consent | 30 days |
| __stripe_mid | Stripe | Clinical platform (payments) | Fraud prevention when card payments are taken | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
| __stripe_sid | Stripe | Clinical platform (payments) | Fraud prevention when card payments are taken | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes |
When you pay for a subscription, you are taken to Stripe’s secure checkout page, where Stripe’s own cookie policy applies.
5. Signing In and Other Browser Storage
- Signing in: the clinical platform and OH Advisor Pro portal keep your signed-in session in the page’s memory, not in a cookie. It ends when you sign out or close the page, and after 8 hours at most.
- Referral links: if you arrive at ohadvisor.pro through an affiliate link, the code is held briefly in your browser’s session storage until you make your cookie choice. It is saved as the ohsh_affiliate cookie only if you allow functional cookies, and session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
6. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention (see Section 4).
- Google Fonts — ohadvisor.pro loads its typefaces from Google’s font service. This sets no cookies, but, like any web request, your browser shares your IP address with Google to download the fonts.
7. Managing Your Cookie Choices
On ohadvisor.pro, a banner asks for your choice on your first visit. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because the site will not work properly without them.
You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
If you block the affiliate cookie, OH Advisor Pro works exactly the same; the referring affiliate just won’t be credited. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop payments or preferences working.
8. Do Not Track
Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to switch off.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy whenever we add or remove a cookie, and change the version and date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on our websites.
